New Draft Master Plan For Tampines 2019
The recent release of the new Draft Masterplan has created quite an upstir in Singapore Property Market, where homeowners and investor are feeling excited about how it will change the market direction. If you are unaware of what is a masterplan, it is a statutory land use plan which serves as a guide for Singapore’s future development over the next 10 to 15 years, created by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
